The Women's Ministry of FBC Salado seeks to…serve the women of our church and community by providing Bible study, fellowship, and other activities to encourage women to encounter the love of Jesus Christ.
- BIBLE STUDY…various Bible studies, specializing in the needs of women, are offered at different days and times.
- LADIES FELLOWSHIP...Come join a Ladies Fellowship - once every other month! We have great food, fellowship and fun! Hosted in a home, we invite you to come alone or bring a friend. Either way you'll be blessed!
- MOVIE NIGHT...Get together and enjoy (prescreened) movies, popcorn, et al!
- LADIES NIGHT OUT...Away we go, to a distant town, out to eat, and who knows what else?!
- BETH MOORE SIMULCAST EVENT...Join us for a Day Retreat on Saturday, April 24th from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (click here for more infomation)

Each year FBC has a Women's Retreat which gives us an opportunity to pull aside and focus on hearing from the Lord and fellowship with one another.
This year we are going to do something a little different. We have decided to have a "Day Retreat". Instead of going off somewhere we are going to join other sisters in Christ at Temple Bible Church for the Beth Moore: "So Long Insecurities" simulcast.
Tickets are $10, which also includes lunch. These tickets are available in the foyer on Sunday mornings or by contacting the church office. The deadline to register is Sunday, April 4th. This event is open to all ladies so bring a friend, or daughter, or granddaughter for a great weekend event.

Throughout our lives, we often struggle with one form of insecurity of another - in our marriages, relationships, jobs, school - which affects our self-esteem and our sense of who we are.
Those of you who have heard Beth Moore before know she dealt with disfuntion and addictions most of her life, but only recenlty found the root casue - insecurities. Through this simulcastr we will hear Beth share with us her battle and how God has given her His truth not only to who she is but WHOSE she is. Beth's testimony will give us the opportunity to hear from the Lord and hopefully deal with some of our own insecurities.
