Life is an incredible journey, and being a student is one of the most incredible parts of that journey. As 6th graders turn into 7th graders and 12th graders prepare for college, things continue to change in new ways that can be exciting and sometimes a little scary.
The Student Ministry at FBC Salado is here to help these students adjust to this change, and embrace the life that God has for them as they believe, belong, and become who He wants them to be.
Each week, students gather together in the Student Center to worship together at our Midweek service, build community through Small Groups and Life Transformation Groups, and serve through mission trips, most recently to Atlanta and Colorado Springs.
Together with camps, Dnows, retreats, and lots of day-to-day connecting, students and their parents can find the fun, the resources, and the support they need to navigate this section of life’s journey.
Wednesday nights are a great time of food, fun, worship, and teaching. Come join students from all over the area in a high energy, high impact evening.
The Christian life was not intended to be walked alone. Jesus sent the disciples in pairs and even Paul traveled with friends. In today’s world the Christian life can be a real challenge. LTGs will give students a chance to study through books of the Bible together. LTGs incorporate personal accountability, Bible study, Scripture memory and encouragement as a part of training for life.
